The Work Project at Asia Square Tower 2 exemplifies a harmonious blend of innovative design and functionality. Drawing inspiration from the 1980s post-modernist architecture of the building designed by DCM, the interior design explores the concept of the grid, both through strict adherence and playful deviations. This approach not only enhances spatial efficiency but also guides intuitive wayfinding throughout the space.

Upon entering, visitors are greeted by timber-lined boxes that transition from the building's granite and glass lift lobby into the workspace. The main entrance features a larger timber and mirror box adorned with a lush green wall, a collaboration with renowned botanist Patrick Blanc.

The lounge area showcases a custom tile pattern and an open black-cell ceiling, establishing a cohesive grid aesthetic. A striking red-lacquered, curved meeting room adds a dynamic element, delineating different lounge zones. Carefully curated modern furniture ensembles provide diverse and engaging settings for users. Another expansive green wall by Patrick Blanc spans one side of the lounge, highlighting the furniture and reinforcing the design narrative.

Natural cork flooring in circulation areas introduces warmth and continuity across the floor plan. The open-plan kitchen stands out with its vibrant blue and yellow palette set against a terrazzo floor, creating an energetic communal hub. Secondary meeting rooms feature integrated tables and a unique combination of grid-patterned carpets with aluminium wall battens, achieving a distinctive identity while ensuring optimal acoustics.
